A property management client in Crown Heights had a parapet wall with brick sections broken and missing — serious enough that it was at risk of collapsing. This wasn't a cosmetic patch job: we rebuilt the damaged sections brick by brick, repointed the surrounding joints to properly tie the new work into the existing structure, and finished the wall with a fresh coat of Thoroseal to protect it going forward. What started as a real safety hazard is now a solid, sealed wall the building can rely on.
