Structural concrete repair, stair restoration, and parapet work for Bronx courtyard buildings — done to public-bid and prevailing-wage standards.
A large share of the Bronx's multifamily housing is built around courtyards and exterior concrete staircases — structural concrete that ages differently than a brick facade and needs its own repair approach: routed and sealed cracks, saw-cut nosing replacement, and expansion joint work done to spec. We meet the compliance standards required for public-bid infrastructure work in the borough as well.
