A large share of Bronx multifamily housing is built around courtyards with roof access points that weren't designed for the rooftop equipment now sitting on them — satellite arrays, HVAC condensers, and antenna mounts that all penetrate the membrane. We flash and seal around existing equipment correctly the first time — meeting the same standard required on public-bid and prevailing-wage projects in the borough.
